Webmasters are responsible for website implementation, search engine optimization and the website content. They ensure the integrity and quality of websites on a daily basis. Webmasters work for companies and individuals, and need to combine a variety of internet skills. They ensure that the site is easily navigable, efficiently designed, and addresses customer needs at all times. Webmasters optimize website performance in relation to the various specific industries to which it belongs.

Question: What websites have you mastered? Tell me about your experience in website implementation and maintenance.
Answer: Be specific. Mention websites you were responsible for, and web projects and their duration. Describe yourself participating in website development from a particular stage or doing maintenance work on an existing site.

You may even talk about general work such as SEO, content updates and quality control, improving design, user-friendliness, performing browser compatibility, debugging, security, etc.

Question: What is your experience in the field of web design and web development?
Answer: Describe any design jobs you did or supervised, such as redesigning existing sites for a new or better look, according to client specifications or industry expectations. Mention specific areas of design: functionality, animation, graphics, logos, style CSS, PHP modification, etc.

Question: Do you have any experience in customer communication and instruction?
Answer: You can describe any relevant communication experience: acting as main point of contact with affiliates; personal, phone, and email contact; internal and external coaching (on topics like content optimization, etc.), management reports and presentations, customer support, routine advisory tasks, etc.

Question: Have you ever been responsible for SEO? Have you performed keyword research?
Answer: Search Engine Optimization is part of any website optimization and promotion expertise; describe specific situations and the SEO strategies you have used, such as link building, content SEO and site structure.

Question: Are you a team player?
Answer: Describe any projects which required team work or collaboration with at least one other individual beside yourself; work with operations director and close coordination with the management of your organization.

Question: What is the level of your expertise in matters of website security?
Answer: Describe your knowledge of malware and hacker threats and any tools you can use to protect the website.
